Embarking on a culinary journey fueled by childhood passion, I mastered unique cooking skills. Raised in a North Indian family, my love for rich, authentic food led me through challenges in my humble beginnings.

Balancing work for family and studies, my culinary odyssey began at 16. In 1999, with 50 rupees, I started as a dishwasher at Taj Land End Mumbai. Hard work earned me a Commie Chef role, igniting my culinary expertise and cultural understanding.

MasterChef India marked a turning point, amplifying my culinary skills. Now, as a Chef Consultant in Europe, I specialize in Gourmet Tapas, Food Styling, Photography, and exploration of diverse cuisines.

With expertise in cutting and preparing cow meat, I’m equally passionate about cooking vegan and vegetarian dishes. Organized and time-efficient, I manage intricate and simple dishes alike.

The fire of Success always usher from childhood, this is no to deny that at the end we reach somewhere at the point where no one can beat us on our unique potential. Identically others, I have also got unique skills of cooking and have been in love with food since I was born. I have grown up in a North Indian family and have high tenderness towards food not only eating also in preparing the rich and authentic food as well. I got the alluring skills of relishing the act of cooking in a variety of cuisines filled with numerous spices and a mixture of herbs to the serving plate.

Unfortunately, I came across so many challenges due to my poor family background. I had to do a job for my family that ends me up into some small stores, where I had to do cleaning or dishwashing. This hard trail made my studies suffered a lot because of that I had to make a choice between my studies and job. Being a boy in a family I had to pick a job as a first option.  Then struggle continued and gave me so many learnings.

My first journey to become a chef started at the age of 16 from the year 1999, I came to Mumbai to try my luck with my only fantasy of becoming, independent as well as fortunate in life. It is well said that “nobody is exempt from trials of life, but everyone can always find something positive in everything even in the worst of times”.  Truly when I left Punjab I only had 50 rupees in my pocket then I got a job in Taj Land end Mumbai, where I wanted to become a chef but I had to start with a dishwasher.

As we all know that hard work, preservance, devotion, and sincerity always admired in God’s Land. While working in Taj, my Senior Chef become the savior and offered me the job of a Commie Chef which reforms my life and turned me into passionate and knowledgeable of distinct kinds of food and also bridge the gap of understanding numerous cultures and their cuisines. Similarly, my skills got sharpened with a lot of trails and I got prepared from the upcoming challenges. Being a passionate and courageous person, I never did let my competitors let me down.

Another fascinating year came into my life was 2011, whoa! I got an entry in Master Chef India which was a drastic change. This enormous achievement enhanced my learning on culinary skills and received unmatchable experience of life with the favour of the loved ones, fellow contestants, the judges and the viewers.

With the admiration of that now I become the MASTERCHEF INDIA FINALIST VIVA, now exploring the skills in various nations like LISBOA, FRANCE, AMSTERDAM and my services are established in all over Europe. On this amazing platform, I am an innovator and creator with GOURMET TAPAS FOOD ARTIST, FOOD STYLIST, FOOD PHOTOGRAPHER, and TRAVELLER.

Now at this point of time in my life, I am confident in my culinary skills and accomplish the huge expertise at my work.  I also have great butchering skills with the excellent abilities on cutting and preparing cow meat As a chef, I am vigorous about the food preparation with high command on cooking vegan and vegetarian food.
